Inside the Seppi.
The Seppi is spread over two floors, and that is its real charm. Downstairs are the bedroom and bathroom; upstairs, the living room, kitchenette and balcony. So you do not sleep where you sit during the day, which makes a surprising difference in forty-six square metres.
The upstairs living area is the brightest room in the apartment. Seating, dining table and kitchenette are together, with the balcony leading straight off. For two people it is a complete little home; for three it becomes cosy.
Together with the Leni, the Seppi is one of the two apartments suitable for guests with allergies. If that matters to you, these are the only two to consider.
The furnishings match the larger apartments: gas fireplace with remote control, fully equipped kitchen, TV, safe, free Wi-Fi, hand, shower and bath towels and bathrobes. We do not charge a final cleaning fee, and a private parking space is included.
The grounds come with access to the lake, and stand-up paddleboards and two small kayaks are free for all Seeheimat guests. If you would like to bring a dog, please ask before booking: we take dogs in three of the four apartments, and only one at a time on the grounds.

About the Seppi.
Is the Seppi suitable for guests with allergies?
Yes. The Seppi and the Leni are the two Seeheimat apartments furnished with allergy sufferers in mind. This does not apply to the Liserl or the Franzl.
How is the apartment laid out?
Over two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor; the living room, kitchenette and balcony are upstairs. A staircase connects them, so the apartment is not step-free.
Can three people stay in the Seppi?
It sleeps two to three. For two it is a complete little home; with three, forty-six square metres feel cosy. For four, we recommend the Franzl or the Liserl.
