Inside the Leni.
The Leni is our smallest holiday apartment and, at €130, the most affordable. For two people who would rather have their own place with a kitchen than a hotel room, it is the most direct way to get there.
As in the Seppi, forty-two square metres are spread over two floors. Downstairs, the bedroom and bathroom; upstairs, the kitchen, dining table and a seating area with the balcony leading off it. The view goes out over the garden to the lake and the mountains.
The difference from the Seppi is four square metres and the number of guests: the Leni is designed for two, the Seppi takes up to three. Furnishings, layout and location are comparable, and both are suitable for guests with allergies.
The apartment has a gas fireplace with remote control, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, safe, free Wi-Fi, and hand, shower and bath towels along with bathrobes. There is no final cleaning fee; the only extra is the local tourist tax. A private parking space comes with the apartment.
If you stay a while, you soon see the point of your own kitchen: you do not have to eat out every night. And if you do, the Xaver Restaurant at the hotel is less than two hundred metres away.

About the Leni.
Can three people stay in the Leni?
The Leni is furnished for two. Whether a third guest can join, we are happy to clarify when you enquire. For three, the Seppi with forty-six square metres is the better fit; for four, the Franzl or the Liserl.
What does final cleaning cost?
Nothing. We do not charge a final cleaning fee in any of our apartments. The only extra on top of the nightly rate is the local tourist tax of the municipality of Schliersee.
Is there a charging point for electric cars?
Not at the Seeheimat. There is one at the hotel on Xaver-Terofal-Straße only, for a flat fee of €25. It is less than two hundred metres on foot.
