Inside the Liserl.
The Liserl is the largest of our four apartments. Ninety square metres, all living space on one level, with a five-star classification. For two couples or a family with two school-age children, it is the most spacious option we have.
The terrace is the real reason guests come back. It is right on the water: not within sight of it, but on it. You have breakfast out there in the morning, lie in the sun in the afternoon and watch the light leave the mountains in the evening. For summer bookings, the Liserl is the apartment that goes first.
Inside there are two bedrooms. The larger one measures fifteen square metres and has its own lake-view balcony, the smaller one eleven. There are also two full bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower, each with a WC. With four people, that means nobody waits.
A practical touch is the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. For stays of more than a week, for families and for anyone arriving with hiking gear, it makes a real difference. The kitchen is fully equipped, towels and bathrobes are ready for you, and we do not charge a final cleaning fee. The only extra is the local tourist tax.
Dogs are welcome in the Liserl for €25 a night. Only one dog is allowed on the grounds at a time, so please let us know when you book.

About the Liserl.
Is the terrace really right on the lake?
Yes. The Seeheimat grounds run down to the water and the Liserl’s sun terrace sits on the edge. You do not look at the lake across a road, you sit on the shore. That is exactly why the lake access is not fenced off for small children.
How many people does the Liserl sleep?
Up to four. Two bedrooms of fifteen and eleven square metres, plus two full bathrooms. It works just as well for two couples as for a family with two older children.
Can I do laundry in the Liserl?
Yes, there is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The Liserl is the only one of our apartments with this.
