Inside the Franzl.
The Franzl costs fifty euros less than the Liserl and has fifteen square metres less. Everything that matters is the same: two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, all living space on one floor and a large terrace. Like the Liserl, the Franzl has a five-star classification.
The difference is in the layout. In the Franzl, both bedrooms open directly onto the terrace. Opening the door in the morning and stepping straight outside, without walking through the apartment, sounds like a small thing, yet it changes how a holiday day begins.
The terrace has lounge seating and looks out over the lake. It sits a little higher and not directly on the water like the Liserl’s, but it gets more sun through the day.
The heart of the apartment is the open-plan kitchen, dining and living room. It is modern, fully equipped and big enough for four people to cook and move around at the same time. One of the two bathrooms has a washer-dryer, so you can do laundry here too.
As in every apartment, there is a gas fireplace you can adjust by remote control. Hand, shower and bath towels and bathrobes are ready for you, there is no final cleaning fee and a private parking space is included. Dogs are welcome for €25 a night, one at a time on the grounds.

About the Franzl.
How is it different from the Liserl?
At seventy-five square metres the Franzl is a little smaller and costs fifty euros less. The terrace is not directly on the water but slightly raised, looking over it. In return, both bedrooms open straight onto the terrace.
Is the kitchen big enough for four?
Yes. The open-plan kitchen and living area is the largest room in the apartment and fully equipped. If you like to cook on holiday, you have plenty of space and worktop here.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, for €25 a night. We take dogs in three of the four apartments, and only one dog is allowed on the grounds at a time. Please let us know when you book.
